These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the d63 platform, including all gaming products, payment services, and promotional programs. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with d63's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on d63.lat (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern the relationship between d63 ("the Operator," "we," "us," "our") and any individual who registers an account or uses the d63 platform ("you," "the Player," "the User").
1.2 By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any real-money game on d63, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and consent to be bound by them. 2.1 Age Requirement. 2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on d63. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered in another person's name, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Exclusion from Play. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded through d63's Responsible Gaming tools, or who are registered on PAGCOR's exclusion list, are not eligible to hold an active d63 account and must not attempt to register or deposit.
2.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of d63 and its affiliated entities are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming on the platform.
3.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the d63 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.2 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, d63 requires identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals may be processed. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, without limitation: passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, and Voter's ID. d63 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d63 login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify d63 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. d63 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
3.4 Account Suspension. d63 reserves the right to suspend or freeze any account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. During suspension, the affected player will be notified via their registered email address where permitted by law.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. d63 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. d63 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors, or payment methods registered in names other than the account holder's.
4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. d63 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in compliance with PAGCOR AML guidelines.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where a payment method does not support withdrawals, in which case d63 will process via the player's verified bank account. Verified accounts may withdraw a minimum of ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are target estimates and may be extended for fraud screening or KYC verification requirements.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on d63 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). d63 does not process transactions in foreign currency.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. d63 may apply a dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the player's account settings. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 All games available on d63 are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
5.2 d63 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG certification is maintained by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are disclosed for all slot titles.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or communication failure — d63's system logs are the authoritative record of all game activity. d63 reserves the right to void any wager affected by a verifiable technical malfunction and refund the stake to the player's wallet.
5.4 d63 reserves the right to void bets and confiscate winnings obtained through exploitation of software errors, undisclosed promotions, collusion, or any other form of gaming fraud. Such conduct will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by d63 are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
6.2 d63 bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting to clear wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6.4 VIP cashback under the d63 VIP Program is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited at the applicable tier rate. Cashback credits are non-withdrawable and subject to a minimum 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility, unless otherwise specified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on d63 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the d63 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any d63 content without prior written authorization.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, d63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including losses of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
10.2 d63's total liability to any player arising from a single incident shall not exceed the amount of the player's last deposit prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.3 d63 makes no warranty that the platform will operate error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability.
11.1 By the Player. You may request closure of your d63 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned via your preferred withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
11.2 By d63. d63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, PAGCOR regulations, or applicable Philippine law. 11.3 Termination does not affect any obligations that by their nature survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, and indemnification.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the d63 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through d63's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted via the 24/7 live chat. d63 will provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the applicable regulatory authority.
12.4 Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 d63 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulatory directive.
13.2 The current version of the Terms, with the "Last updated" date indicated at the top of this page, is the applicable version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the d63 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
